Refund & Returns Policy

Every HuskRest order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your buckwheat pillow arrives faulty or you're not satisfied, we'll replace it or refund you, no complicated hoops.

How it works

Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
Tell us the issue (a photo or short description helps, for example, a weak zipper or a shape you're not happy with).
We arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

If a buckwheat pillow is defective on arrival, you don't need to ship it back for a refund in most cases, we resolve it directly.

What isn't covered

Normal wear from months of use, and minor variations in fill smell or firmness (a natural characteristic of buckwheat hulls, not a defect), are not treated as faults. If in doubt, just email us, we'd rather look at it than leave you guessing.
